Boxes are exact flat prices. Steak and rotating-cut selections vary with each processing run in the Whole-Animal and Steak boxes, the Ground box is always ten one-pound packages. Subscriptions are charged at signup and on the same date each cycle (monthly, every 2 or 3 months), with boxes going out the second full week of the month; skip one box, pause, or cancel anytime from your account. Ships frozen by UPS Ground from Vermont, shipping included (one-day: VT, NH, MA, CT, RI, NJ, eastern NY incl. NYC, southern ME; two-day: PA, DE, MD, DC, VA, WV, OH, western NY, northern ME). Farm pickup in Benson, VT is also available.

Quarter of Beef

Order a quarter and we pair you with another quarter order, process one side, split it, and deliver your half to you. You do not need to find someone to share with. Typically 175-225 lb hanging.

No deposit is required, and nothing is charged today. Sides and quarters are one fixed price, $2,910 and $1,494 ($7.35 and $7.55 per pound of hanging weight at typical weights), with cutting, vacuum packaging, and local delivery included. Pay when you like and pick your delivery month; if your animal runs under the average, we credit the difference. Availability remains subject to actual cattle and processing capacity. Replace-or-credit guarantee: if a cut isn’t right, we make it right.
