Boxes are exact flat prices. Steak and rotating-cut selections vary with each processing run in the Whole-Animal and Steak boxes — the Ground box is always ten one-pound packages. Subscriptions are charged at signup and on the same date each cycle (monthly, every 2 or 3 months), with boxes going out the second full week of the month; skip one box, pause, or cancel anytime from your account. Boxes ship UPS frozen and insulated — shipping included — or are available for farm pickup in Benson, VT.
