I just made the short ribs and they came out so tender the meat was falling off the bone. Just made the tenderloin for Christmas, so good. Meeting the team off of I-89 was very convenient. There was some issues shipping product to me in up state NY, but they came through trying again. After the second attempt the meat came warm, at that point he offered me my money back. I declined that and told him I would stop by on my way home from ADK. It was a beautiful drive to his farm! Upon arriving the team offered to take my girlfriend and I around his farm and showed us were the cows live. It was absolutely beautiful there and the cows have so much open space. The team also showed us his B&B with event center next door and what a wonder barn conversion. I will be ordering more beef from the team and who knows maybe have an event there myself.

If I could give 10 Stars I would. My wife and I started KETO last year and have been considering adding grass fed beef to our diet. Having never purchased a side of beef we had lots of questions. But who do we go to? My wife saw the Vermont Natural Beef site and asked me to give them a call. We spoke with the team (owner) for over 20 minutes. Patient as the day is long, he answered every one of our questions. His sincerity, love of his job and overall professionalism rang so true with us that we knew we found OUR GUY! We got to meet the team and his lovely wife Patty when they delivered the beef (yes they deliver it to your door.) The packaging was accurate and easy to read but most importantly the taste was amazing. We cooked up some steaks immediately. Made some burgers as well. All Great! It really is everything they have said it would be. the burgers we have put out are dramatically different then regular store bought burgers and you can really taste the grass fed beef. I love it. Sorry it took so long just wanted to try every cut first. So service is impeccable they are on their game, ground beef was amazing I usually cook my meatballs in sauce all day to get that melt in your mouth consistency but with their ground beef it doesn't matter what you are making it's that way from the start roasts and steaks were perfect. My only critique would be the thickness of the steaks but A) that's a personal preference and B) I didnt ask. But i am definitely a satisfied and lifelong customer. Thanks the team.

The team At Vermont Natural Beef is great. His family runs a fine business. The cows are grass fed and moved around his property. Pick up is made easy as they make trips down to CT. There is a noticable difference between the meat from cows grazing and the gmo, pesticide ladent grain that is fed to cows that are in the supermarket.
