- Can I tell you which cuts to include?
- Not in a box — the assortment is how we use the whole animal honestly, and it keeps the price flat. If you want full control of every cut, that’s what a quarter or side with a custom cut sheet is for.
- Is everything from one animal?
- Yes — like everything we sell, each box is packed from a single animal. The grinder is cleaned between every side.
