To keep pace with growing demand, Vermont Natural Beef has added prime grazing land immediately adjacent to the existing farm.
More ground means more paddocks in the rotation, and more paddocks means longer rest between grazings — which is the single best thing you can do for pasture quality. Better pasture makes better beef. It also means we can serve more households without pushing the land harder than it should be pushed.
