Will a quarter fit?
A quarter packs out to about 135 to 140 lb and needs about 4 cubic feet: a small chest freezer, or a mostly empty fridge freezer. A full side is about 277 lb and needs about 8 cubic feet.
How ordering works
- Reserve a quarter (or split a side with another household).
- Walk the cut sheet: steak thickness, roast size, burger pack weight, brisket, stew, bones.
- Minimum seven-day hang, then cut, vacuum pack, freeze.
- Delivery in region or farm pickup.
Replace-or-credit if a cut is not right.
